Discovery call
A structured conversation covering your business, technical requirements, compliance environment, and current system state. We ask detailed questions. You should too.
Scope and risk review
We assess the technical complexity, compliance requirements, and dependencies involved. For high-risk categories, this includes a review of licensing and regulatory status.
Proposal and agreement
A written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. We do not begin work without a clear written agreement.
